We loved it when author and illustrator David Litchfield let us interview him. He gave such great advice for picture book authors. It was such a fun hour – though we couldn’t ask all of our questions as he gave such detailed answers.

David Litchfield is a multi-award winning illustrator and author. As well as his own books, Grandad’s Secret Giant, The Bear and The Piano, its sequel The Bear, The Piano, The Dog and The Fiddle and his most recent thing of beauty Lights on Cotton Rock, he has sold books in over 25 countries and counting. His illustrated books and covers for multiple authors keeps him busy too and he loves collaborating with authors over the text they provide.
