She won the RNA Literary Agent of the Year award in 2018.

Previous to Boldwood, Nia was Head of Digital Publishing, HQ at HarperCollins where she ran the digital-first imprint, HQ Digital, and Digital Sales Director at Head of Zeus. She was named a Bookseller Rising Star in 2020.
